It's the time of the Year to recognise our SIM athletes for their efforts and contributions in 2009/2010. The details of the Sports Awards Night are as follows:
Date: 26 November 2010 (Friday)
Time: 6.30pm onwards
Venue: SIM HQ LT 1-10
Attire: Smart Casual (NO slippers allowed)
SLS and the Sports Award committee promise to make it a night of surprises with great food and attractive door gifts.
As this is an evening of recognition, we need to know who are the people in your club that deserves to be recognised, including yourself too! For the various criterias, pls see the attached. This year, we are giving away the following
Individual awards
- Flames of Merit
- Flames of Achievement
- Flames of Excellence
- SIM Sportsman and Sportswoman of the Year
Team awards
- Team Merit
- Outstanding Sports Teams
- SIM Sports Team of the Year
Complete the Individual Awards NOMINATION form and email back to me by 12 Nov 2010 5pm. Failure to do so, the Club members will not be nominated and be awarded. Lastly, you will have to RSVP your members. Names not on the Attendance list aka Gatecrashers, will not be entitled the Sports Awards Night door gift and there will be lesser FOOD!!!
